In other words you you could sell it but if you don’t you it the obligation of payments are transferred to your Aires and they are both required and obligated by law to pay the yearly maintenance at all costs associated with that time share. Even if your Aires don’t want it they can’t refuse it or vacate it.
Some people could vacate property, & give it over to a municipality but this is not the case. There’s a lot of maintenance on this. There’s a lot of costs it is passed on and your son of your daughter In closing, let me just say this don’t fall for those f goes free seminars with their complimentary restaurant meal… Remember there’s no such thing as a free luncht.
They will then be burdened by law to assume ownership until they sell it and pay all the costs..
